Estimates and Pricing
All prices are confirmed in writing before work begins. Phone estimates are given in good faith based on the information you provide; the firm written quote after our walkthrough is the binding price.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we discover hazardous conditions beyond the agreed scope (such as undisclosed biohazards or structural dangers), we will pause and discuss options and pricing with you before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities
You confirm you have the legal right to authorize the cleanout of the property (as owner, authorized agent, executor, or tenant with landlord approval). You are responsible for identifying items that must not be removed.
Liability
We take care with your property and belongings. Any concerns about damage should be reported within 48 hours of project completion so we can address them promptly.
